Vitana360

Why We Exist

Built on Enterprise Technology and Operations Experience, Not Just Recycling

Vitana360 was founded by technology and operations leaders with five decades of combined experience across engineering, infrastructure, data, applications, and security at large enterprises on both the East and West Coasts. Our team brings executive experience spanning hardware and software product development, datacenter and cloud technology operations, and digital transformation for multi-billion-dollar businesses.

That background is the reason Vitana360 exists in the shape it does today. We've been on the other side of the table—responsible for what happens to retired laptops, servers, storage devices, and, most importantly, the data still on them. We built the company we wished we'd had as customers: one that understands both the technology and the responsibility that comes with retiring it.

That's also why Vitana360 goes beyond equipment pickup and shredding. We bring a data lifecycle perspective to technology disposition - helping organizations understand where their data resides across on-premises and cloud environments, what needs to happen when that data reaches the end of its useful life, and how to properly retire the underlying hardware and storage.

Data disposition isn't something we simply outsource. Understanding the technology, the data, and the lifecycle behind it is the reason Vitana360 exists.

About Vitana360

Your Secure Technology and Data End-of-Life Partner

Vitana360 helps organizations responsibly retire technology and, more importantly, the data that lives on it.

We don't see ourselves as simply the company that takes away old equipment. We see ourselves as a partner responsible for helping our clients securely and responsibly bring both the technology and the data to end-of-life - and with the same level of care they apply to the technology and data while it is in service.

For most companies, the equipment is replaceable. The data is not. Retiring laptops, servers, storage, and data-center infrastructure is therefore more than a logistics or recycling exercise - it is a technology, security, and operational responsibility. We understand that because we've spent decades on your side of the table.

We partner with our clients across the entire technology disposition lifecycle — from planning and data disposition advisory, through secure collection and transportation, data destruction, equipment reuse and e-recycling, to final documentation and certification. For larger and more complex environments, we also provide data-center decommissioning services that bring these capabilities together as part of a coordinated end-of-life program.
